Google AdWords says goodbye to minimum bids

Yahoo Search Marketing added minimum bids for paid search ads and Google implemented the Landing Page loading time in their Quality Score algo a few weeks ago. Now Google is doing the complete opposite by removing the infamous minimum-bid and the “inactive for search” mark.

It has been pretty quiet around Google and it’s health related service for years. I think it was announced some 1-2 years ago and after that announcement, everyone kept quiet about this service. Until thursday when Google launched the service for US public use.

Microsoft sez nothx to Yahoo

Well, most people may know it by now. Microsoft pulled back from their Yahoo offer yesterday.
Microsoft’s CEO Steve Ballmer announced publicly that also Yahoo’s cooperation with Google made them unattractive for a hostile takeover.
Well what did I and most people with an IQ over 10 expect to happen today? Thats right, everybody will short Yahoo.
