Lately there have been some people reffering themselves as “Super Affiliates”. Okay, I’m cool with most of these people. They clearly have shown some success in this business and probably are keeping up with it too.
But I asked myself a question:
What is a super affiliate? Would I be allowed to call myself a super affiliate after hitting $1k a day? Would I be allowed to call myself a super affiliate after making over a million $ a year?
Well, as you can guess, nobody knows. There is no correct definition for that expression!
I guess this just makes it easy for some people to call themselves a “Super affiliate”. I’m cool with that when people making over 50k a month call themselves super affiliates. But I’m not cool with some people at some forums who think they can scam people off when labelling themselves as “gurus” after hitting something like $100 a day…
What do you guys think? What does make you a super affiliate? When are people allowed to call themselves a super affiliate?…

I think this varies in degrees. You cant be a super affiliate without having a strong relationship with the product you are assisting in marketing - its not just value, its the value added.
I agree to the labelling super affiliate, because I have used it myself to describe key affiliates with whom I have had dealings with. But these are people we know by name, and bring in chunks of revenue, get involved in our marketing initiatives and have a team that we can speak to (name, not a url).
I guess every business that feels that its sales will have an iompact by the loss of a particular affiliate, would have the right to call that affiliate a “Super Affiliate” !

Hi rishil, I think you are completely right. Beeing a super affiliate is not about hitting the 10k/month mark but more about the importance you have to your networks.
